Join us for a powerful 7-week journey into the emotional blueprint of your personality type—a living map formed in childhood that continues to shape your life today. Explore how this affects your parenting and other relationships.

The personality structure emerges as a dynamic constellation of adaptive strategies designed to secure love, safety, and a sense of identity. The four ego factors—fear, anger, shame, and superego—represent the core emotional tones and internal mechanisms that drive this adaptation.

Each personality type tends to orient around one of these ego roots:

  • Fear dominates the Head types
  • Anger fuels the Body types
  • Shame underlies the Heart types
  • The Superego—our internal system of judgment and “shoulds”—shapes all types across the board.

Together, these forces form the ego shell that defines and defends our identity. But they aren’t static. They dance in response to our early relational environment and continue shaping our patterns long into adulthood.

  • “I don’t know how to respond when my child gets emotional.”
This course helps you recognize the emotional roots of behavior and respond with clarity and compassion, so you don’t default to reacting or shutting down.
  • “Parenting triggers old wounds I thought I’d dealt with.”
The course guides you into deeper awareness of your emotional inheritance, showing how your childhood patterns shape your parenting—and how to shift them through presence, not perfection.
  • “I’m overwhelmed by advice. I want something that works.”
This isn’t a list of strategies—it’s an invitation to understand your child from the inside out. You’ll learn to attune to your child’s core needs by understanding the inner world behind their behaviors.
  • “I’m trying to heal myself while raising a child—I feel split in two.”
This course integrates inner work with parenting, helping you care for the child and the inner child. As you meet your child with presence, you begin to reparent yourself in the process.

What You’ll Explore:

  • Ego Factors: Fear, Anger, Shame, Superego
  • Driving Forces: The Need to Belong & the Need to Be Seen
  • Liberating Dynamics: Curiosity & Acceptance

Understanding this interplay enables us to see that personality is not just a pattern, but a living, reactive system formed in the crucible of early need. Belonging and being seen animate the formation of type. Curiosity and acceptance open the door—not by fixing ourselves, but by becoming aware of the living forces that move within us.
